The Ambani and Merchant families have organized a ‘Sangeet’ ceremony today as part of the wedding celebrations for Anant and Radhika Merchant. The event will feature a performance by internationally acclaimed Canadian singer Justin Bieber.
According to Indian media reports, Justin Bieber has already arrived in India to perform at the Sangeet ceremony. His performance fee for this high-profile event is reported to be significantly higher than that of other renowned American singers, including Rihanna and Beyoncé. A report from Bollywood media outlet ‘Instant Bollywood’ reveals that Justin Bieber is charging a staggering $10 million USD for his performance, which equates to approximately 840 million Indian Rupees.
Furthermore, Indian media outlets have also reported that the Ambani family is in contact with other global music icons, including British singer Adele, Canadian rapper Drake, and American singer Lana Del Rey, to perform at the wedding celebrations. These artists are expected to potentially travel to India for the festivities, which are scheduled to take place from July 12 to 14.
